Etiquette and Policies

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all spa appointments to fill out our service forms. 
In respect for other clients receiving services silence or turn off all cell phones upon entering the spa area.
Return policy
All product returns must be made within 30 days
of the original purchase.
Gift card sales are final and non-refundable. 

Gift cards may be purchased with
cash, check or credit/debit card only. 
Cancellation Policy
We require that you allow at least  24 hours'
notice when cancelling an appointment
and 48 hours' notice for parties and packages.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations
after 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% charge
of the entire service.
Child Supervision
For the consideration of all our guests, children are not allowed in the salon and spa areas unless receiving a service.

Additionally, children in the waiting area
must be supervised by an adult at all times.
